We do Visual Inspections for Mortgages
These can be required after a Mortgage Valuation Survey or simply because a defect has manifested itself in the building. The output is usually a two or three page letter.
We do Structural Surveys for Mortgages
These are not the same as Visual Inspections, which are sometimes needed after Mortgage Valuation Surveys. Structural surveys are a combination of a condition survey and an assessment of the capacity of the structure. For instance, change of use of a hotel to office use.
