Once Planning Permission is gained, making alterations to the look of the scheme can be costly and time consuming, but sometimes essential to make significant savings on the structure. Pre-planning advice can highlight the structural issues that can make the difference to the building being cost-effective from the outset.
We have flexible output
Full details are not always required if the structural alterations are minor. A freehand sketch can be just as effective in providing the information if that is all it warrants. Of course, full structural details can be provided on a number of different platforms to suit the needs of the construction team.
We offer lump sum fees
Project costs often need to be fixed at an early stage and the fees we offer are usually intended to cover our involvement in the project, no matter how many phone calls or site visits, providing the brief does not expand.
